HVS High-School

In Costa Rica, Middle and High School (Secundaria) run from seventh grade through to eleventh grade. The Middle School and high School programs are an extension of our Elementary program and our belief in delivering a balances, holistic curricula of core academics, which is complemented by daily physical fitness and performance classes as well as nutritional awareness and life skills. Following hand in hand is an increase in expectations and responsibilities, leadership roles within Hermosa Valley School, community engagement and awareness of global issues. At the completion of eleventh grade, all students in Costa Rica take an exit exam, which after successfully passing can pursue a variety of different career paths.
